Delivery

We deliver across the United Kingdom through our partner suppliers.
Delivery timing and cost can vary by product and are shown during checkout.
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels when products come from different partners.
Please email us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange any item.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
Contact supporteudorauk@gmail.com before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Return postage arrangements depend on the product and reason for return; we will confirm them by email.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and checked.

Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
All other jewellery can be returned within 30 days in original packaging.
