Delivery
How long does delivery take in the UK?
Packed within 2 working days and delivered anywhere in the UK within 10 days, with tracking on every parcel.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders over £60.00. Below that, tracked delivery is £3.95, shown on the product page and in your bag before you pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every parcel is tracked and you receive the tracking link by email once your order leaves us, usually within 2 working days.
Will my order arrive in one parcel?
Usually yes. When a piece comes from a different partner it may arrive separately, and we tell you in the dispatch email so you are never left guessing.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Eudora ships within the United Kingdom only, so prices, timings and returns stay honest and predictable.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange anything unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Email support@tryeudora.com and we send the return instructions.
When do I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method once the piece is received and checked, normally within 5 working days.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons earrings can only be returned if they are faulty. All other jewellery can be returned within the standard window in its original packaging.
Sizing & fit
Are sizes in UK measurements?
Yes. Every size is listed in UK sizing (UK 6 to UK 20) with body measurements in centimetres and inches in the size guide on each product page.
What if I am between sizes?
Size up for a relaxed drape and down for a closer silhouette. If you are unsure, email support@tryeudora.com with your measurements and we will tell you honestly which size we would pick.
Payment & taxes
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, through a secure checkout. Guest checkout is available, so you do not need an account.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. There are no customs charges or import fees on UK orders.
Are there discounts for larger orders?
Yes. Basket discount codes are shown on the product page as you build your order, so you always know the price before you pay.

Where do the clothes come from?
Our pieces are made by partner suppliers and selected by us one by one. We do not resell an entire supplier catalogue — anything that does not fit the capsule wardrobe idea is left out.
Do you have customer reviews?
We are a new boutique and we will only publish reviews from verified orders. Until then we would rather show you our policies clearly than borrow someone else's words.
