When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours on working days. Standard delivery times apply after dispatch. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £60. Delivery options and timeframes are shown at checkout.
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Swimwear, earrings and personalised items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. See our Shipping & Returns page for instructions.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal and other methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details.
